Our History

Formed in 1995, CC Realty Advisors, Ltd. is the result of a joint venture between Champion Properties, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based corporation and Clarion Properties, Ltd., a Texas-based firm.

Since 1989 the Principals of each company, Richard Erenberg (Champion) and Douglas Engel (Clarion), have combined their efforts, resources and experience in order to purchase a variety of retail, office and industrial properties throughout the United States.

Principals

Richard has been actively involved in the commercial real estate community for over 30 years. Rich is responsible developing a portfolio of over 3.5 million square feet of neighborhood retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties and several parcels of raw land. All of such combining in over $250 million in value.

Rich Resides in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to his real estate career, Rich played 4 years with the Pittsburgh Steelers (1984-1987).

Doug has been in the commercial real estate business for over 36 years. He is responsible for property sales in excess of $80 million coupled with leasing over 1 million square feet of commercial property. He also sits on the Advisory Board for Sterling Bank-Westheimer and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS)

Doug Resides in Santa Barbara, California. He attended Ohio University majoring in Finance and Marketing.

Frank has been a member of CC Realty for 21 years. Frank is a senior property manager and is responsible for managing over 1 million square feet of office, retail, warehouse, and flex property across the country. Frank graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in accounting.

Andrew joined CC Realty Advisors in 2017. Since his start, he has worked with the acquisitions team and is responsible for adding multiple properties in different asset types to the CC Realty portfolio. Andrew graduated from Fordham University in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration.

Construction Management

Brian has worked in the construction industry over 30 years as a union carpenter and project superintendent and was ready to start his own business. Brian is committed to operating with integrity, by always putting the customer first, consistently meeting every deadline, strictly adhering to each project’s budget, and assuring compliance with all safety standards.

Larry has worked in the construction industry for 28 years and has successfully completed a wide range of construction projects up to $20 million. His career began in Electrical Construction as an estimator and project manager. Over the years, Larry has developed knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Interior Finishes and Specialty Construction.

As seasoned construction leader, Larry is focused on customer results. His combination of relationship management skills, delivering results, and positive/proactive attitude have led to personal growth and rewarding relationships. Larry holds a BS in Business Management from California University of PA.

Fred has supervised the firm’s corporate and property management financial operations for the past 10 years. His education, practical experience, and in-depth knowledge of accounting functions add aanother dimension of skilled professionalism to our property management team. Fred attended University of Oklahoma where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting.

Mike has a 16-year record of success of maintaining commercial and industrial properties by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. In addition to his 16 years with CC Realty, he has been a successful builder for 23 years.

Mark has been with CC Realty Advisors since 2007. Mark manages all accounting records out of our Pittsburgh office and is also responsible for our financial reporting. Mark earned his master’s degree from the University of Baltimore and his undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Josh has 10 years of experience in property management which includes a portfolio of retail, commercial, office warehouse and industrial centers. He is responsible for overseeing all phases of repairs, maintenance, construction, rent collection and tenant requests. He is responsible for hiring and overseeing the appropriate personnel and contractors, as well as negotiating prices for buildout and general maintenance contracts.

David has vast experience working on different types of properties in commercial real estate over the past 15 years. His skills include performing visual inspections on properties and condition, general maintenance tasks and supervision, communicating with tenants on an as needed basis, communicating directly with Property manager on daily tasks, among many other duties. David has been a trusted member of the property management team for over 4 years now and continues to excel in his growing role.

Office Staff

Barbara has over 25 years’ experience in commercial, residential, retail and industrial properties across the United States. She is responsible for billings, receivables, payables and rent collections, working closely with vendors to assure timely payment of invoices. Barbara earned an accounting degree from the University of Houston in addition to attending the Real Estate School of Texas to acquire her Real Estate License.
